The Governor of Stavropol region Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov sent a congratulatory telegram to the Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of RAS, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev in connection with the recognition of SSAU as the best agricultural University of Russia according to the rating of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
