The Chairman of the Regional Committee of the Trade Union of the AIC of the Stavropol Territory - Marnopolsky Sergey Grigorievich took part in the work of the trade-union conference.
The reports were made by the professor, the chairman of the Stavropol State Agrarian University trade union - Khorishko Peter Anatolyevich, and also by the members of the trade union:
- Dyachenko Tatiana Leonidovna - Associate Professor, Chairman of the Commission on sports and mass work;
- Maslova Lyubov Fyodorovna - Associate Professor, Chairman of the Commission for Labor Protection;
- Guzynin Nikolai Gavrilovich - Associate Professor, Chairman of the Commission for Work with the Great Patriotic War veterans, home front workers and labor veterans of the Agrarian University,
- Tuturzhans Lyudmila Vasilievna - associate professor, chairman of the commission for mass cultural work;
- Kusakina Olga Nikolaevna - professor, chairman of the commission on social and labor issues.
The reports revealed the priorities of social policy at the university:
- creation of conditions for effective self-realization, professional and personal growth of each employee and student;
- creation and maintenance of comfortable and safe social and living conditions of employees and students;
- the formation of a sustainable system of moral and material support for employees, retired workers, war and labor veterans;
- providing its employees with a competitive salary and social benefits;
- support and development of physical culture and sports as the basis of a healthy lifestyle;
- development of amateur creativity of employees.
At the reporting and election trade union conference of employees, a new composition of 12 people was elected, as well as a new composition of the control and auditing commission of the trade union committee of employees. There was also a nomination of delegates to the trade union conference of the AIC of the Stavropol Territory.
The chairman of the regional committee of the trade union of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory - Marnopolsky Sergey Grigorievich awarded 20 delegates with the jubilee sign “100 years of the Trade Union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation”. He also awarded 20 people with certificates of honor from the central committee of the trade union of workers in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. And he awarded 17 people with gratitude from the chairman of the trade union of workers of the AIC of the Russian Federation.
