In the framework of the program for the formation of a legal culture and increasing the legal literacy of students at Stavropol State Agrarian University, a meeting was held between students and a class 1 lawyer, prosecutor of the department for the enforcement of anti-corruption legislation of the prosecutor's office of Stavropol Territory Yana Andreevna Shelkoplyasova.
The program of formation of legal culture is implemented by the Department of State and Municipal Administration and Law.
The meeting discussed issues related to the state of corruption in the Stavropol Territory, prevention, methods and forms of anti-corruption. The speaker spoke separately about compliance with the procedure for informing state and municipal employees about receiving a gift in connection with their official position or in connection with the performance of their official duties, about the procedure for providing them with information about property, about the state of legality in the field of combating corruption in the controlled territory.
