A training session for mentors of the SmartAgro-2019 design and educational intensive was held in the ProektoriUM hall.
Within two days, teachers of all faculties of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, selected as mentors of project teams, mastered the philosophy and methodology of mentoring, a culture of communication without recommendations.
The training participants examined the basic competencies necessary for the mentor to work and worked out their own limitations and beliefs, expanding their behavioral repertoire.
The training for mentors of the SmartAgro-2019 design and educational intensive course was conducted by an experienced business coach, director of the New Strategy consulting agency Elena Podbereznaya.
