Public lecture of Professor of Moscow State University took place

On December 7, 2013 students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University listened to public lecture on the subject "The Constitution of the Russian Federation in Legal System of Russia" by the Doctor of jurisprudence, Professor of the Constitutional and municipal law chair in Moscow State University named by M. V. Lomonosov Natalya Aleksandrovna Bogdanova. During the lecture stages of the constitutional development in Russia, a role and essence of the Constitution 1993 were presented.
