During the two day the students of the 3d courses of the direction of preparation "Food from vegetable raw materials" took the exclusive courses "Art of a Tea-tester and Barista". A tea-tester of the Zavarkin company of O. S. Kolesnik carried out them.
Within a practical training "White, yellow, green tea" and "Black and red tea", students studied history and classification of teas, methods of identification of falsifications, a chemical composition and an organoleptic assessment of quality of tea.
And on April 3, the students of 2-4 courses of the direction of preparation "Food from vegetable raw materials" took part in a round work table on a subject: "A role of committee on food and processing industry, trade and licensing in the territory of Stavropol Krai".
The vice-chairman of Committee of Stavropol Krai on food and processing industry, trade and licensing I.I. Vidineva took part in work of a round table.
