On September 18, on the ceremony pylons were opened – rector Stavropol State Agrarian University Vladimir Trukhachev, the former head of administration of CMS Vitaly Mikhailenko, composer Boris Rosenfeld, participant of the Great Patriotic War Nikolay Zhezlov.
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of Stavropol Krai Vladimir Vladimirov.
- All we are proud of today, made by the people who built the foundation for the current success, strengthen the industry and agriculture of our Motherland, defended her freedom in the hardest battles of the Great Patriotic War. I am sure that Stavropol region will always remember our heroes, - said the Governor in his greeting speech.
